Vitamin C contributes to collagen formation for the optimum function of skin, as an antioxidant it also helps in the fight against ageing by quelling free radical-induced oxidative stress. Vitamin C also increases iron absorption.

Providing: 180mg Magnesium 17mg Zinc 15mg Beta-Carotene (Dunalielia salina) 5mg Equivalent to Vit A (833ug) 104 Iron (bisglycinate) 10mg Pine bark extract (95% OPC) (Pinus massioniana) 25mg Grape Seed Extract (95% OPC) 25mg Selenium 100µg Horsetail Extract (4:1). Providing Silica 15mg Copper (citrate) 1mg Biotin 500µg Plant cellulose capsule
Directions & Storage As a food supplement, take two capsules daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
