At MyNutricentre, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements, natural health products, and wellness essentials to support your lifestyle. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Refund Policy below explains how we can help.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 28 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team by email or phone and include your order number along with the reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the correct return instructions and address. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective. If a returned item is not received in resalable condition or is missing components, we may apply a restocking fee or issue a partial refund.

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to swap a product for another, please follow the refund process and then place a new order for your preferred item.

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they have arrived damaged or defective. We also cannot accept returns for perishable or expired items unless there is an issue with the product at the time of delivery.
