All product prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP/£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time your order is placed. Prices may change without prior notice, but any updates will always be clearly shown on our website.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. All orders are securely shipped using a trusted Royal Mail delivery service to ensure your items reach you safely.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders over £25.00. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery charge of £3.00 will apply.
For next-day delivery, an additional fee will be charged depend on total Weight (Flat Rate £10.25) Payable via your preferred method such as bank transfer, PayPal, or by card over the phone. Please contact us after placing your order if you require express shipping so we can fast-track your delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly on same working day, If the order is placed before 16.00.
As per our Standard Service use, You can expect the Parcel in 2 to 3 Working Days. For unexpected delays outside our control, Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks time for us to look into with Courier and resolve the case thenafter. Should any significant delay occur, we will contact you to keep you informed.

Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival. By placing an order with MyNutricentre, you authorise us or our delivery partners to accept a signature from someone on your behalf if you are unavailable. For deliveries that do not require a signature, you may leave safe place instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbour or in a designated secure location). Couriers may also use their discretion to leave parcels in a secure location if suitable, and will leave a card with details of where your parcel has been placed.
Once your order has been delivered to your address or designated safe location, the goods become your responsibility. Ownership and risk for the items transfer to you upon delivery.
