This botanical food supplement is best taken by mixing into cold drinks or adding to warm water. Ingredients: Organic milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum) Organic alcohol (45%) Water Directions & Storage As a food supplement, take 15 – 30 drops, 2-3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Children under 12, half adult amount. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
