The hops extract used in Menopause Complex is a standardised source which has been scientifically studied. These plant-based compounds are carefully selected and provided at optimal potency according to clinical research. A potent combination of plant botanicals, formulated based on human clinical research. Suitable for use in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause One-a-day vegan capsule Free from soya Lemon balm contributes to relaxation and supports sleep, whilst the addition of saffron contributes to emotional balance. This unique combination of botanicals has been formulated by our team of in-house nutritionists to provide support during menopause, and it is recommended to take alongside Viridians Woman 40+ Multivitamin and Woman 40+ Omega oil for optimum daily support.

Sage leaf (Salvia officinalis) 270mg Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis. L) leaf extract. Standardised to 6% rosmarinic acid. 100mg Hops (Humulus lupulus L) flower extract. Standardised to 0.2% 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN). 75mg Saffron (Crocus sativus) extract. Standardised to 2% safranal and 3% crocins 30mg Plant cellulose capsule
Directions & Storage
As a food supplement, take one capsule daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
