This food supplement provides 300mg of lemon balm extract and 200mg of L-theanine within an easy-to-take vegan capsule. The L-theanine within this supplement is presented in its free form state meaning it does not require digestion, resulting in a faster delivery into the body.
Ingredients: Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) extract (5:1), equivalent to 1500mg Lemon Balm (providing 5% Rosmarinic acid) 300mg L-Theanine 200mg Plant cellulose capsule
Directions & Storage As a food supplement for adults take one capsule 1-2 times daily with food. For children over two years take one capsule daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
