Product Description: A combination of calcium and vitamin D3 in a unique capsule format. One capsule provides 400mg of calcium in three active forms; as calcium hydroxide from Lithothamnion sp, as calcium citrate and as calcium ascorbate alongside 200IU of vegan vitamin D3 from lichen. The human body needs vitamin D in order to absorb calcium, making these two the perfect pairing. Together calcium and vitamin D are both needed for the maintenance of normal teeth and bones. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body; up to 99% of the body’s calcium supply is stored in the bones and teeth where it supports their structure and function. A blend of three forms of calcium are used in this supplement to deliver a therapeutic dose of calcium with every capsule. The calcium hydroxide is uniquely derived from Lithotamnium calcareum, a marine sourced calcium.

Vitamin D is an important nutrient that helps the body form and maintain healthy bones, muscles and teeth. Recent research has shown that it also helps to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system and the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. In this supplement, vitamin D is has been provided in a vegan plant-based form that is derived from lichen.
Ingredients: Calcium (as hydroxide from lithothamnion sp, citrate, ascorbate) 400mg 50 Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) (200IU) 5µg 100 Plant cellulose capsule
Directions & Storage As a food supplement, adults: 1-3 capsules daily with food, children 6-12yrs: 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children.
