Plus each capsule contains natural vitamins such as B9 and B12, minerals such as magnesium, selenium and zinc – all the other nutrients the body needs for the effective transport and metabolism of iodine – and contributes a small balance of micronutrients to a normal daily diet.

Directions:

For an adequate iodine supply in case of known deficiency, take one capsule (500 mg) every morning or add the capsule to any food or cold drink by simply pulling it apart. For children or to top up the daily iodine intake, use Iodine Lite+ capsules.
