How To Use:

Take one sachet and one capsule, once a day, preferably 30 minutes before food.
Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a minimum of 250mls of water (increase quantity of water to suit taste) and stir to dissolve.
Meno Active comes in a powdered sachet and capsule combination, with each sachet creating a citrus flavoured drink when mixed with water.

You can take both the sachet and capsule together at any time of the day (although it's preferably taken 30 minutes before food) by simply mixing the sachet with 250ml of water and stirring to dissolve.
