Magnesium Citrate, Capsule Shell (Bovine Gelatine, Black Iron Oxide), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Zinc Bisglycinate, Grapeseed Extract, Maca Root Extract, Ferrous Bisglycinate, Selenium Yeast, Choline Bitartrate, Nicotinamide, Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), Bacillus Coagulans (LactoSpore®), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Riboflavin, Quercetin, Copper Bisglycinate, Inositol, Coenzyme Q10, Sodium Borate, Vitamin A (Retinyl Acetate), Manganese Bisglycinate, Vitamin K2 MK7, Chromium Picolinate, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Usage
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with meals.
