Optibac Every Day is a high-quality daily friendly bacteria supplement containing 6 well-researched strains alongside FOS fibres. Each capsule provides 5 billion live microorganisms, guaranteed until the end of the expiry date, with strains selected for their ability to survive stomach acidity and reach the gut alive.
Designed for convenient everyday use, the 90-capsule pack provides a 3-month supply when taking one capsule daily. The formula is vegan, suitable for coeliacs and suitable from 4 years of age, with no added sugars, artificial colours or flavourings.

Directions of Use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast or your first meal of the day.
The capsule can also be opened and the contents mixed into cool food or drink if preferred. Avoid adding to hot foods or drinks.
