The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA is known to support normal brain function and vision. Our sustainably sourced Eskimo®-3 mini-capsules are a convenient way to top up your omega-3 levels, purity tested and enriched with patented Pufanox® to ensure they stay fresher for longer. Eskimo®-3 capsules are particularly beneficial for those who struggle to eat enough oily fish. The mini-capsule format makes them a good choice for those who struggle to take larger capsules or dislike taking conventional fish oils and allows flexible dosing.
Ingredients Each 3 capsules typically contains: Omega-3 Fatty Acids** 525mg, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 240mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 150mg, Vitamin E (6.7iu) 4.5mg Other ingredients: Ascorbyl palmitate, Gelatin (bovine, derived from cows), Glycerin, Lecithin (soy), Lime flavouring, Tocopherol-rich extracts, Extract of rosemary, Alpha-tocopherol
Dosage 3 capsules one to three times daily with meals, or as directed. To be taken daily as part of your supplement regime, some people may prefer to take with a little food. Children 4 to 12 years: 3 capsules one to two times daily Can capsule be opened and sprinkled onto food? No
