Magnesium:

Magnesium also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue
Maritime pine bark improves microcirculation by increasing capilary permeability
The tablets also contains vitamin B1 which contributes to the normal function of the heart and pantothenic acid which contributes to normal mental performance
Long pepper supports the absorption and utilization of other herbal ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, crosslinked so- dium carboxy methyl cellulose), maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster Aiton), glazing agents (magnesium salts of vege- table fatty acids, hydroxypropylmethylcel- lulose, glycerol) niacinamide, anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), calcium-D-panto- thenate, methylcobalamin, long pepper extract (Piper longum L.), cholecalciferol, pyridoxine, riboflavin, thiamine mononitra- te, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin
Direction of Use:
Take 1 tablet morning and 1 evening daily with a glass of water. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle.
