With less than 0.5g of naturally occurring sugars per teaspoon and 90% less sugars than white granulated sugar per 100g, it's suitable for diabetics, and those counting their sugar intake. It is also high in fibre, and acts as a prebiotic, feeding the friendly bacteria in your gut. This is the ultimate natural sweetener and you'll love it!
