Description
Cytoplan Vegan Omega 3 Liquid is a plant-based omega-3 supplement derived from marine algae, providing essential fatty acids DHA and EPA to support brain function, heart health, and vision.
Unlike traditional fish oils, this formula is sourced from sustainably grown microalgae, making it free from ocean pollutants and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Each 5ml serving delivers approximately 700mg DHA and 5mg EPA, offering a high-strength dose in an easy-to-take liquid form with a lemon flavour and no fishy aftertaste.
It is suitable for the whole family (from 6 months+), and is particularly beneficial during pregnancy, where DHA supports normal development of the baby’s brain and eyes.

- Algal Oil (from Schizochytrium sp.)
- Sicilian Lemon Oil
- Alpha Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
- Mixed Tocopherols

Usage
- Adults & children 11+ years: up to 5ml daily
- Children 6–10 years: 2.5ml daily
- Children 3–5 years: 2ml daily
- Children 1–2 years: 1.5ml daily
- Infants (6–12 months): 1ml daily
- Take with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional
