Description
Cytoplan Super B Extra is a high-potency B-complex supplement formulated to support energy production, nervous system function, and overall vitality. It provides a comprehensive range of B vitamins—including B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folate, biotin, and pantothenic acid—alongside supportive nutrients like choline, inositol, and bioflavonoids.
The formula also includes trace minerals such as magnesium, zinc, iodine, and selenium, contributing to metabolic function, hormone balance, and immune health.
It uses Cytoplan’s “Food State” delivery system, where nutrients are bound to a base of inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus, helping improve absorption and making it gentler on digestion compared to standard synthetic vitamins.

Usage
