Cytoplan Pregna-Plan is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplement specifically formulated for pregnancy, designed to support both mother and baby from preconception through pregnancy and breastfeeding.

It provides 24 key nutrients at optimal levels, including folate (as methylfolate), vitamin D3, iron, iodine, and zinc, all essential for healthy foetal development and maternal wellbeing.

The formula uses bio-effective nutrient forms (such as methylfolate and bisglycinate minerals), which are easier for the body to absorb and utilise. It also avoids direct vitamin A (retinol), instead using beta-carotene, which the body converts safely as needed during pregnancy.
