With 73% protein, added L-Glutamine, and a rich chocolate flavour, it's an ideal choice before bedtime or during long periods between meals.

Micellar casein digests more slowly than whey protein, making it perfect for supporting muscle maintenance and recovery while you rest. It mixes easily with water for a smooth, creamy shake and is gluten-free, fat-free, palm oil-free and low in sugar, making it suitable for a wide range of fitness goals.

Ingredients

Ingredients (Chocolate): Micellar casein concentrate (contains milk) (85%), fat-reduced cocoa powder, L-Glutamine (5%), creamer [partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose).

Allergy Advice: Contains milk. Manufactured in a facility that also processes egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and tree nuts.

Directions of Use

Mix 1 serving (30g = 1 level scoop) with 300ml of water in a shaker. Consume before bedtime or between meals to provide a sustained release of protein. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
