Ideal for everyday use, these easy-to-swallow softgel capsules offer a convenient way to increase your Omega-3 intake, especially if you don't regularly consume oily fish.
Ingredients
Ingredients: Fish preparation (70%) {fish oil [56% Omega-3 (28% EPA, 21% DHA)], antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract)}, capsule shell [gelatin, humectant (glycerol), purified water], DL-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E).
Allergy Advice: Contains fish. Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, crustaceans, molluscs and sulphur dioxide-containing foods.
Directions of Use
Take 2 softgel capsules daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
