Ingredients (Chocolate): Instant whey protein hydrolysate (milk) [whey protein hydrolysate (milk), emulsifier (lecithins)] 41%, instant whey protein isolate (milk) {whey protein isolate (milk), emulsifier [lecithins (soy)]} 40%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, L-Glutamine (5.2%), L-Arginine (2.3%), emulsifier (soy lecithins), flavourings, creamer [partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates)], salt, thickener (carrageenan), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose).
Allergy Advice: Contains milk and soy. Manufactured in a facility that also processes egg, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans and sulphur dioxide-containing foods.
Directions of Use
Mix 1 serving (22g = 1 level scoop = approximately 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250ml of water using a shaker.
- Training days: Consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after your workout.
- Rest days: Consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
