Ingredients
Ingredients (Peach Ice Tea): L-Glutamine (90%), flavourings, acid (citric acid), instant black tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract, colour (ammonia caramel), salt, sweetener (sucralose).
Allergy Advice: Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and tree nuts.
Directions of Use
Mix 1 serving (12g = 2 level scoops = 2 heaped teaspoons) with 200ml of water in a shaker bottle.
Consume 1 serving daily. For best results:
- Training days: Take immediately after your workout.
- Rest days: Take in the afternoon.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
