Ingredients: Organic Ashwagandha, Vegetable Capsule Shell: Hydroxy Methyl Cellulose, Organic Black Pepper Extract
HOW TO TAKE These herbal supplements can be taken as one single dose or multiple doses per day, either with meals or on an empty stomach. Try adding it to nut butters, granola, smoothies or oats to enjoy as a dietary supplement.
