Recommended Use:
Can be mixed with water to make a delicious cherry juice, or added to other fruit juices, smoothies, natural yoghurts or sports recovery drinks.
Mix 30ml (2 tbsp) with 240ml (regular glass) water.
Alternatively add to smoothies, natural yoghurt or post-exercise shakes.
